61st International Congress of Meat Science & Technology

France is organizing the 61st International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) in August 2015. First official Interbeef result release for Charolais and Limousine breeds

Beginning 2015, the international genetic evaluation of beef cattle, Interbeef, becomes official. International Adjusted Weaning Weight (AWW) genetic values are now available to compare breeding animals from 9 different countries on specific country scales. Two breeds are concerned: Charolais and Limousine.
