EuroGenomics introduces international genomic ranking
Partners within the consortium for reliable cattle breeding EuroGenomics have agreed to exchange genotypes of their young Holstein bulls, to compute genomic breeding values (GEBV) and to officially publish the GEBVs. As a result, the genomic rankings in several European countries will become international.

Terminal crossbreeding, an opportunity to increase beef production
Since 2010, the development of beef production takes an important part among the livestock-related interventions within the Official Green Morocco Plan. The French Livestock Institute (Institut de l’Elevage) proposes a new search engine for the French official genetic indexes calculated under the responsibility of INRA. Search is possible in 4 languages (French, English, Spanish and German).
